Ball mill is the key equipment for grinding after the crushing process.It is widly used in the processing of cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous and nonferrous metal, glass as well as ceramics. It is used to grind dry or wet ores and other materials of grindability.
Operation principle:
The ball mill is horizontal cylindrical rotary device, driven by brimmed gearwheel, with two chambers, gridded ball mill. Material goes into the first chamber equably through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stagged or corrugated scaleboard and stell balls. The shell rotates so as to generate centrifugal pull to bring ball to a certain height and then balls drop down to generate thumping and rubbing i***ct for materials. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through the single-layer partition panel. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel balls for the materials¡¯futher rubbing .Powdered material is discharged through grate and the grinding is finished.
Structure:
The machine is mainly composed of feeding part, discharge part, rotating part and driving part(reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The hollow shaft adopts casts steel part and the lining is ***achable. The rotating big gearwheel is made by cast hobbing processing and the shell is equipped with wear-resistant liner , which has good wear-resistance. The machine can smoothly and reliably work for long period.
Attention: according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for selection.
